The company’s supply chain faces persistent challenges, including volatile demand patterns, logistical bottlenecks in urban Lagos, and economic fluctuations like the 2023-2024 naira depreciation, which amplify the risk of stockouts, situations where product demand exceeds available inventory, leading to lost sales and customer dissatisfaction (Kwateng et al., 2022).
